Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for item setup and maintenance process on retail/vendor systems.
  • Assist in website content creation and asset management.

About the Job:

The Direct to Consumer Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our direct-to-consumer websites and the deployment of new websites and feature launches. The coordinator will also facilitate cross functional team meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and we are meeting our project deadlines, and overall strategic objectives.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage the successful execution of projects and tasks related to e-commerce operations from the development of timelines to ongoing implementation and timely execution of tasks and milestones.
  • Manage cross functional partners spanning operations, merchandising, marketing, IT, customer service, and other internal and external partners to execute ecommerce website development, implementation, and ongoing operations
  • Partner with key stakeholders to solve problems, execute order management and operations, payment processing, develop inventory forecasts, and execute the replenishment process.
  • Communicate with suppliers and the internal team in an organized, detailed, and efficient manner to ensure clear visibility to production planning, project timelines and ecommerce performance.
  • Manage inventory flow and replenishment operations to optimize product instocks, capital spend and cashflow.

About the Job:

In this role, it will be your responsibility to manage all aspects of client projects and relationships as the liaison between the client and Powerplay teams. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will play a key role in ensuring client needs and requests are well-understood, communicated and addressed or executed in-line with the overarching strategy. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client expectations, keep projects on track and maintain strong client relationships. Proactive fact-finding to identify needs while recognizing opportunities and trends to share back with key partners, and ensure projects are win-win for client and Powerplay. About the Job:

To support the Incentives team in execution of operations as well as sales. This position will be responsible for order management as well as assisting with Sales functions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Sales Rep teams with analyzing sales data, sharing insights and support for inventory.
  • Serve as support for Sales Team at vendor shows.
  • Prompt and accurate order management, including processing manual sales orders, monitoring incoming EDI orders, and completing invoices for international orders.

To support our direct-to-consumer team with inventory, forecasting and operations management on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. This role will focus on the management of brands supply chain by using data to help analyze forecasting, inventory, and overall performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze data to help create forecast and replenishment reports for each assigned brand.
  • Use data interpretations to develop and communicate inventory flow and replenishment recommendations.

About the Job:

To support our direct-to-consumer team with brand management on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. This role will focus on the management of brands supply chain by using data to help analyze forecasting, sales, and overall performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze data to help create forecast and replenishment reports for each assigned brand.
  • Use data interpretations to develop and communicate inventory flow and replenishment recommendations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on day-to-day operations including production planning, logistics and overall brand execution.
  • Analyze business and seasonal trends to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Prepare and be able to communicate sales and inventory reports to internal and external partners.
  • Develop reporting best practices to track fulfillment accountability, variances, and execution of KPI’s.
  • Efficiently diagnose issues on marketplace platforms and take appropriate action to solve.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, eCommerce or related industry preferred.
  • Experience with Marketplace platforms such as Amazon or Walmart strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi or other related databased strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

About the Job:

To manage the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account for our most important direct sales clients. Along with building relationships with clients, this position will be responsible for implementation of innovative brand strategy, search engine optimization, inventory management and brand analytics.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage multiple brand accounts by building strong relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring brand content is up to date on marketplace.
  • Monitor analytics such as sales, inventory, feedback, and product lines to ensure efficient increase in traffic to landing pages.
  • Maintain ongoing brand plan that aligns with partner objectives, metrics, and performance measures.
  • Ensure brand content is continually updated to improve brand position and growth in sales.
  • Proactively identify, address, and solve customer issues impacting marketplace reviews or experience.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful launch/implementation of brands.
  • Create ad-hoc reports when needed

Job Description:

We’re looking for a determined sales partner with a self-motivated, hungry for business attitude and Retail experience. This individual must have an entrepreneurial mindset and show that they have the means to push themselves to their greatest abilities. The location of the role is somewhat flexible.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Representing Powerplay Retail’s products and accounts, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Coordinate with the Managing Partner to ensure weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas are being achieved through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics; performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and implement account action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
