About the job

We are looking for an experienced Logistics and Transportation Manager to join the team! This person will be responsible for optimizing freight operations, minimize costs, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the movement of freight shipments by working with carriers, freight forwarders and transportation providers
  • Analyze shipping routes consolidate shipments, negotiate rates and explore various transportation options
  • Plan and schedule shipments to ensure on time delivery
  • Stay updated on all compliance and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers
  • Develop and maintain KPI’s to measure and track transportation performance
  • Occasional travel to local warehouses
  • Other duties as assigned.

You know logistics, have experience with both domestic and international shipments (aka, Customs regulations) and are not afraid to negotiate rates.   • Proficient with freight management systems and transportation software

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Account Manager to join the team! The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the continued growth of the business by being the face of Powerplay while managing the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account for our most important direct sales clients. Along with building relationships with clients, this position will be responsible for the implementation of innovative brand strategy and search engine optimization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage multiple brand accounts by building strong relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring brand content is up to date on appropriate marketplace.
  • Monitor analytics such as sales, inventory, feedback, and product lines to ensure efficient increase in traffic to landing pages.
  • Maintain ongoing brand plan that aligns with partner objectives, metrics, and performance measures.
  • Ensure brand content is continually updated to improve brand position and growth in sales.
  • Proactively identify, address, and solve customer issues impacting marketplace reviews or experience.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful launch/implementation of brands.
  • Create ad-hoc reports when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for Operations Analysts to join our growing team! These roles serve as a key player in supporting the operations and sales initiatives of the company. These positions are responsible for daily client management ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, shipping time, help analyze forecasting, sales, and overall performance. There are opportunities available with our eCommerce team and our Rep team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with clients and operations teams to create accurate forecasting and inventory management
  • Management of promotional activity for assigned accounts including implementation, analysis, and budget spend
  • Prepare and analyze business sales results, identify trends and actionable insights
  • Communicate daily updates and day to day business needs to internal and external team members
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners to successfully communicate business needs
  • Effectively diagnose issues on marketplace platforms and take appropriate action to solve
  • Analyze advertising spend, trend and sales reporting for assigned brands

About you:

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Inventory and Operations Manager to join the team! The Inventory and Operations Manager plays a key role in operations management of our online marketplaces (such as Amazon and Walmart). With a heavy focus on the management of brands’ supply chain, this role uses data to help analyze forecasting, inventory, and overall brand performance. Overseeing the eCommerce Analyst team, leading and training will also be a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own end-to-end process of listing creation, optimization, and updates. Manage product variations, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional campaigns to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on Amazon.
  • Troubleshoot to fix pricing errors, stranded inventory, PDP listing issues, duplicate ASINs, bullet points, etc.
  • Use data interpretations to develop and communicate inventory flow and replenishment recommendations.
  • Own the process of Amazon inventory replenishment involving working with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and manage the Amazon FBA Dashboard to ensure we’re maintaining performance metrics and keeping items in stock (provide insight to improve IPI score)
  • Analyze data to help create forecast and replenishment reports for each assigned brand.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on day-to-day operations including production planning, logistics and overall brand execution.
  • Efficiently diagnose issues on marketplace platforms and take appropriate action to solve.
  • Train and develop eCommerce Analyst team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
