Job Description:

As a front-end developer, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing new and existing client ecommerce direct to consumer (DTC) websites, applying your knowledge of primary ecommerce platforms and best practices to ensure top site performance and user experience to drive on-site conversions. You will need to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the business to execute digital audits, site optimization, landing page creation and other tasks as needed for owned brand and client DTC ecommerce sites.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to achieve business goals associated with website development and optimization
  • Strategically contribute to design, user experience, build and optimization across a variety of ecommerce platforms, specifically WooCommerce, Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento and others.
  • Develop and or work with strategic partners to develop fully responsive CSS/HTML workflows, templates, and website configurations.
  • Audit technical requirements and user experience through the lens of a consumer and align recommendations to DTC ecommerce best practices
  • Analyze existing web experience to ensure optimization across devices and platforms
  • Execute creation of DTC sites, landing pages and client customizations.
  • Stay on top of new ecommerce trends and emerging ecommerce platforms.
  • Suggest optimizations to support the goals of our clients and Powerplay.
  • Assist in managing the project timelines for DTC sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a business-related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar technical role.
  • Experience in the retail industry preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Big Commerce, Magneto and emerging best-in-class ecommerce platforms required.
  • Experience building responsive ecommerce websites, with a base knowledge of Google Analytics, Merchant Center and other Google products to aid in analytics infrastructure.
  • Experience with front end coding such as HTML and CSS.

Job Description:

To support our direct-to-consumer and marketing team with brand management on direct-to-consumer sites and online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and Target, among others. This role will focus on supporting the marketing departments initiatives, management of agencies and content creation and deployment to assist across our expanding Digital team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary point of contact with external vendors and support partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing and content programs, and to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.
  • Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, social media, promotions, PR, photo and video shoots, and content marketing.
  • Administer and execute the product creation cycle for items to be sold online.
  • Collaborating with consumer brands, internal team members and support partners to collect, manage and maintain internal content management platforms.
  • Assist with the proofing and creation of product content and images. Includes accurate images displayed and product content including product titles, copy, meta info, pricing, size charts, matching items, etc.
  • Assist with influencer marketing outreach, communication and sample coordination for affiliate programs and PR efforts.
  • Other marketing tasks ask assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Must be able to use Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office specifically, Powerpoint; Photoshop or graphic design basics preferred

To support our direct-to-consumer team with inventory, forecasting and operations management on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. This role will focus on the management of brands supply chain by using data to help analyze forecasting, inventory, and overall performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze data to help create forecast and replenishment reports for each assigned brand.
  • Use data interpretations to develop and communicate inventory flow and replenishment recommendations.

About the Job:

To manage the Amazon Seller/Vendor Central account for our most important direct sales clients. Along with building relationships with clients, this position will be responsible for implementation of innovative brand strategy, search engine optimization, inventory management and brand analytics.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage multiple brand accounts by building strong relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring brand content is up to date on marketplace.
  • Monitor analytics such as sales, inventory, feedback, and product lines to ensure efficient increase in traffic to landing pages.
  • Maintain ongoing brand plan that aligns with partner objectives, metrics, and performance measures.
  • Ensure brand content is continually updated to improve brand position and growth in sales.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a determined sales partner with a self-motivated, hungry for business attitude and Retail experience. This individual must have an entrepreneurial mindset and show that they have the means to push themselves to their greatest abilities. The location of the role is somewhat flexible.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Representing Powerplay Retail’s products and accounts, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Coordinate with the Managing Partner to ensure weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas are being achieved through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics; performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and implement account action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
