About the job

The eCommerce Analyst Associate will help support our direct-to-consumer team with brand management on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. This role will focus on helping manage a brands supply chain by using data to help analyze forecasting, sales, and overall performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with analyzing data to help create forecast and replenishment reports for each assigned brand.
  • Use data interpretations to develop and communicate inventory flow and replenishment recommendations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on day-to-day operations including production planning, logistics and overall brand execution.
  • Assist in analyzing business and seasonal trends to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Prepare and be able to communicate sales and inventory reports to partners.
  • Execute reporting best practices to track fulfillment accountability, variances, and execution of KPI’s.
  • Assist in diagnosing issues on marketplace platforms and take appropriate action to solve.
  • Analyze advertising spend, trend and sales reporting for assigned brands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Retail or related field.
  • 1 year experience in retail, eCommerce or related industry preferred.
  • Experience with Marketplace platforms such as Amazon or Walmart preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi or other related databased strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Hybrid environment out of our corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN.

About the job

The Direct to Consumer Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our direct-to-consumer websites and the deployment of new websites and feature launches. The coordinator will also facilitate cross functional team meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and we are meeting our project deadlines, and overall strategic objectives.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage the successful execution of projects and tasks related to e-commerce operations from the development of timelines to ongoing implementation and timely execution of tasks and milestones.
  • Manage cross functional partners spanning operations, merchandising, marketing, IT, customer service, and other internal and external partners to execute ecommerce website development, implementation, and ongoing operations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to solve problems, execute order management and operations, payment processing, develop inventory forecasts, and execute the replenishment process.
  • Communicate with suppliers and the internal team in an organized, detailed, and efficient manner to ensure clear visibility to production planning, project timelines and ecommerce performance.
  • Manage inventory flow and replenishment operations to optimize product in stocks, capital spend and cashflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 + years of experience in retail or ecommerce related fields and related industries, as well as project management.
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, Excellent written communication required, Strategic thinker
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Suite and tools.
  • Zendesk, Netsuite, Bazaar Voice Experience a plus
  • Ecommerce platform experience preferred (WooCommerce, Shopify, BigCommerce)
  • Hybrid environment out of our corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN.

Who you are:

You enjoy the numbers side of business, are analytical and have been told you are very detail oriented. Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare, record, and process accounts payables and payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Respond to Vendor requests and internal requests around billing
  • Vendor setup and maintenance within NetSuite
  • Maintain and make entries to the general ledger
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations
  • Assists with month and year-end close
  • Annual 1099 processing
  • Ad-hoc report requests
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least one year experience in Accounts Payable and/or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent years’ experience
  • Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Business proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
